Len received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario 1964 and his LL.B. from that University in 1967. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1969 and at that time joined the McTague, Clark law firm where he became a partner in 1972. Len was appointed a Queen’s Counsel in 1982. He is a former member of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Labour Law Specialty Committee.
From 1969 to the present, Len’s practice has primarily involved the representation of clients with respect to collective bargaining, arbitrations, civil litigation (all court levels), Divisional Court matters, appeals to the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings and proceedings pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
